I'm a memoirist and screenwriter who likes to write about sad things that are funny and funny things that are sad.

My essays can be found in publications like River Teeth, and my screenplays have won various awards and recognitions. I am the co-host of Seersucker Live, a literary reading series based in Savannah, GA.

I'm currently working on a memoir (WILL YOU BE MY FRIEND?) about getting a life in midlife.
